How do you get to the hall for mysore practice?
A mysore practice has three possible start times: 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00. Please arrive accordingly.
If you’re a complete beginner, please message me before you come. In the beginning it’s enough if you arrive at 7:30, and I’ll explain everything in person when we meet.
At Shala Buda, ring doorbell number 18 and I’ll buzz you in. You can take the elevator up to the 6th floor. As soon as you enter, you can leave your shoes by the door. After the kitchen, on the right-hand side you’ll find the changing room, where you can put on your yoga clothes and leave your belongings. The toilet is opposite the kitchen.
If you already know your way around, feel free to get changed, and bring only your yoga mat and a small towel into the practice room.
Please don’t bring water, a sequence chart, your phone, or any other items into the room.
Basic etiquette rules

Please don’t eat 3–4 hours before practice, and don’t drink 1 hour before.

After you enter the Shala, please don’t use your phone, and avoid talking before practice unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Please don’t bring water, a sequence chart, or your phone into the practice room. Bring only your mat and a small towel.

If you don’t have a mat, we can provide one.

I will show you where to place your mat.

If you already know the sequence, you may begin your practice.

If you’re a beginner, please wait until I come to you and guide you.

If you have a question or need help, please let me know, but preferably not out loud.

When you finish, you can clean your mat using the cleaning spray provided, and leave it there to dry while you get changed.

After practice, you’re welcome to sit in the small room to read or have tea quietly, so we don’t disturb those who are still practicing.
